Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Tristar Equipment LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the batteries and chargers, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of the Company, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: This No Liability Clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where Tristar Equipment LLC is registered.
